RCI has announced that Nathan Harmon has been promoted to Vice President, Sales Experience and Marketing for RCI North America.
Harmon, a 22-year industry veteran, will use his knowledge to connect the sales and marketing channels to give RCI members and affiliates a smooth end-to-end client experience. He will continue to oversee the RCI sales experience and contact centre staff for North America in addition to his new duties.
“Identifying strong internal talent and watching them grow in their career is very rewarding,” said Richard Ruff, Managing Director, RCI North America. “Nathan’s expertise and longstanding history with RCI made him an excellent candidate for this expanded leadership position. His promotion highlights our continued efforts to broaden the capabilities of associates at all levels across the entire organization.”
In 2000, Harmon started working with RCI as a travel agent. He swiftly moved up to Resource Planning Management (RPM) in 2001 and was eventually elevated to RPM Director in 2009. He worked for the sales centres in 2012 as a director before being promoted to his most recent job in 2019 as Vice President, Sales Center, North America.
Harmon earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana.
