SPI Software, a provider of software systems and resort management solutions for timeshare resort developers and operators, has announced a strategic alliance with ConnectionsGRP and the launch of SPI Connect.
From initial reservations to guest stay and post-stay interactions, the new technology will allow visitors to communicate with resorts by sending and receiving text messages.
SPI Connect, SPI’s Hyperscale Communications Platform, integrates a cloud-based messaging module into SPI’s vacation ownership-focused application software, which includes a comprehensive set of modules that provide world-class timeshare resort management solutions.
