Robots Redefining Hospitality: Marriott & LG Partner with RobotLAB for Next-Gen Guest Service

The future of hospitality is arriving, one robot at a time. RobotLAB, a leader in robotics integration, has announced an exclusive partnership with Marriott International and LG to deploy cutting-edge robotic solutions across Marriott properties nationwide.

The collaboration marks a significant leap forward in leveraging automation to enhance guest experiences and streamline hotel operations. It also addresses pressing challenges like labor shortages and the guest demands for contactless service.

This strategic alliance sees RobotLAB deploying a suite of LG robots across Marriott properties tailored for the hospitality environment. These include:

  • Cleaning robots to maintain pristine hotel environments.
  • Room service robots for seamless delivery of food, toiletries, and other guest needs.
  • Delivery robots that ensure prompt service across hotel floors.
  • Elevator-integrated robots that provide frictionless movement throughout properties.

“We are honored to be the trusted System Integrator for LG robots in Marriott properties,” stated Elad Inbar, Founder and CEO of RobotLAB.

“Through this partnership, we are not just deploying robots; we are redefining the hospitality experience by combining efficiency, reliability, and a touch of innovation that enhances both guest satisfaction and hotel operations.”

Nationwide Expansion: Automation in Action

RobotLAB’s deployment efforts are already underway, with LG cleaning robots operational in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Further deployments are planned for Arizona, New Mexico, and California.

With a robust network of 31 locations across the U.S., RobotLAB ensures seamless integration and ongoing support, guaranteeing smooth operations for hotel staff and exceptional service for guests.

A groundbreaking milestone in this partnership is the deployment of the first-ever LG room service robot in the U.S. at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. This robot operates 24/7, utilizing elevator integration to efficiently deliver room service items, toiletries, and other guest essentials. This provides a unique and futuristic guest experience and optimizes hotel labor resources.

Addressing Industry Challenges with Automation

The hospitality industry is facing significant challenges, including persistent labor shortages and the growing demand for contactless services. This partnership addresses these challenges by integrating advanced robotic solutions into hotel operations.

As noted by a recent report from McKinsey, “Automation technologies, including robotics, have the potential to transform the hospitality industry by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the guest experience.” This collaboration between Marriott, LG, and RobotLAB exemplifies this trend, showcasing robotics’ potential to revolutionize the hospitality sector.

RobotLAB: Leading the Way in Hospitality Automation

RobotLAB’s selection as the exclusive provider of LG robots for Marriott properties solidifies its position as a leader in hospitality automation. With a proven track record of integrating robotic solutions across various industries, including healthcare, education, and retail, RobotLAB brings unparalleled expertise to this partnership.

“As the demand for smart solutions in hospitality continues to grow, RobotLAB is dedicated to ensuring hotels have access to the most advanced robotics technology available,” Inbar added.

This partnership signals a new era in hospitality, where automation plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and optimizing hotel operations. As RobotLAB continues to expand its deployment efforts, we can expect to see more Marriott properties embracing robotic solutions, setting a new standard for the industry.
