Welcome to the IHS Hospitality Hero Program
The hospitality industry is the backbone of travel and tourism, playing a crucial role in our global economy. Beyond the economic impact, hospitality professionals create lasting memories, foster connections, and provide a sense of comfort and care for travelers from all walks of life.
We believe these incredible individuals deserve recognition.
That’s why we’re launching the IHS Hospitality Hero program! This monthly initiative will shine a light on the exceptional people who go above and beyond to elevate the guest experience. These heroes could be:
- Seasoned veterans who are well-known within the industry and have a lifetime of dedication to hospitality.
- Rising stars making a name for themselves with innovative ideas to improve hospitality in all areas including the guest experience, technology and marketing.
- Unsung heroes like a dedicated housekeeper, a resourceful manager, an innovative chef, or a friendly concierge who consistently provide exceptional service behind the scenes.
Do you know someone who embodies the spirit of hospitality? We encourage you to nominate them as our next IHS Hospitality Hero!
Here’s how the Hospitality Hero program works:
Simply send an email to Yuri@insidehs.com with the following information:
- Your Name and Title
- The Name and Title of the Hospitality Hero you are nominating
- Your Relationship to the Nominee (optional)
- A brief explanation of why this individual is a Hospitality Hero (2-3 sentences)
The first nominations close on August 16th, 2024. The first IHS Hospitality Hero will be featured on the IHS website in September, and we’ll continue to recognize these outstanding individuals every month.
By sharing these stories, we can inspire others, celebrate excellence, and showcase the incredible talent within the hospitality industry.
We look forward to hearing about your nominations!
