Hilton Grand Vacations has been recognised as a Great Place to Work in 2022. This award honours organisations that foster great work environments and team member experiences. It is given based on a research survey that gathers team members’ anonymous feedback on the business.
According to the report, 81 per cent of Hilton Grand Vacations workers think their workplace is a great place to work. That is 24 points more than the typical American corporation.

Hilton Grand Vacations recently disclosed that it would broaden its team member programs by providing US-based team members with first-day access to perks such as optional supplemental insurance and dental, vision, and medical coverage.
In the survey, 88 per cent of employees said they were made to feel welcome, and 85 per cent said they felt safe being themselves at work, giving HGV excellent ratings for inclusion. Furthermore, 86 per cent of the team members said they are glad to tell people they work with Hilton Grand Vacations.
