The owners at San Diego Country Estates will now benefit from Grand Pacific Resorts’ three-plus decades of timeshare management experience as the company expands its footprint in Southern California.
San Diego Country Estates is a 3,000-acre ranch nestled in the foothills of the Cuyamaca Mountains near the beautiful towns of Ramona and Julian. The resort offers well-appointed apartments with full kitchens, fireplaces, and private terraces. A range of onsite amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and wellness spa, provides the ideal balance of action and relaxation for guests. Two miles from the resort lies an 18-hole championship golf course, as well as equestrian activities and wine tasting.
“All of us here at San Diego Country Estates are thrilled with our selection of Grand Pacific Resorts as our management company,” said Barbara Johnson, San Diego Country Estate Board President. “Their expertise, professionalism, and award-winning service culture made them the clear choice for us. We believe that their focus on Owner relations and Associate satisfaction is key to ensuring we remain a topnotch resort in San Diego County. We look forward to working together to provide the best experiences, services, and value.”
San Diego Country Estates’ full-service management contract covers all resort operations, owner services, exchange, and rental services. Through its affiliate Advanced Financial Company (AFC), Grand Pacific Resorts will also handle maintenance fee billing and collections, as well as all resort brand marketing and Owner and Guest service.
Owners will have access to weekly and nightly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive owners-only exchange network, in addition to their existing benefits. GPX Perks, a credit savings program applicable to rental vehicles, tour packages, cruises, and more, will also be available to owners.
“We look forward to serving the Owners of San Diego Country Estates,” said Nigel Lobo, RRP, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Pacific Resorts. “We are thrilled to further expand our footprint within San Diego County, sharing our award-winning service and resort management expertise to create memorable experiences worth sharing. We extend San Diego Country Estates a warm welcome into the Grand Pacific Resorts family of managed resorts.”
With this new management contract, Grand Pacific Resorts now manages 24 properties, including nine resorts in San Diego County, ranging from Coronado to Oceanside.
