Power has recognized it for providing “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” with its Owner Support team in 2022. Holiday Inn Club Vacations is the first company in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry to achieve this prestigious certification.

The specific and demanding J.D. Power certification program uses a set of national benchmarks to evaluate exceptional customer service. J.D. Power creates these benchmarks through an extensive study spanning numerous industries. The program’s standards and best practices are also modified yearly to reflect shifting consumer preferences.
